DJ Ragz

Real Name: Brian Ragonese
Position: DJ Instructor (Herndon, McLean)

An accomplished Battle DJ/Producer and a product of the West Coast Hip Hop scene. He has opened for the likes of Black Star (Mos Def/Talib Kweli), Company Flow, Heltah Skeltah, Busta Rhymes and a host of other acts as well as being the Dj/Co Producer for the Jazz Addixx. He has over 20 years of experience rocking crowds from state to state. While rocking shows around the country DJ Ragz also co-produced three breakbeat/battle records called “Bare Bones Battle Breaks” (I,II & III). DJ Ragz has done nationally distributed mix cds and been featured on Return of the Dj’s twice. Battle Wise, Dj Ragz has been a 1997 DMC finalist, 2005 Scion runner up, and has ranked with some of the best Dj’s in the Nation Reppin the Gorilla Fist Clothing.
